Ripoff on my monthly bill

When my promotion rate was end up the end of Nov. I called Comcast and told them I only wanted to keep my internet service instead of both internet and cable services My promotion rate was 61 dollars for both, but the new rate will be 109 dollars. So I decided to give up cable service since I dont often stay at home while I am working outside of USA most of time during the month. However, the bill has been came out with 109 dollars advance charge for the month of Dec. When I changed my service to only internet, the customer service told me they will credit my money back on the next billing statement. I agreed, and paid 109 in full and saddly i have never got my credit back. Couple days later, a repersentative called me back from Comcast and told me they can still give me the same rate if i keep both services, and I told them if it is true, i will keep both. The rep. Spent over two hours on the phone that evening, tried to talk to their technicial dept. And billing dept. When he finally got everything done, we got a thrid party verfication record on the phone. It confirmed that I will recieved the both service within 60 dollars a month again.

One month later, when I got my bill, first of all, i didn't get my credit back and my bill was 103dollars for that month because they said my service was 103 dollars. I was mad and called told them someone from their company put me on promotion rate and has been confirmed. Why it still shown 103 dollars. The answer was: " there is no such thing..." I had to down grade my service again and paid total with extra 190 dollars for that two months. On the day of Jan. 27th 2010. When I called them back again to ask them questions about my bill again, the customer service was very unprofessional. For 5 mins, he couldn't catch my phone num or account num even i had told him more than three times. Then his attitude was rude and kept answering the question that was not the question i asked. Kept interrupting my conversation. I was mad and felt like dealing with a idiot. I hung up and decided to pay this company for this last 6 months before I move out from this location. When I move to my new house on June. I will say "no more, good bye" to comcast. Bunch ripoff people and unprofessional people. Also their internet service is horrible and I had to unplug and replug the modem every day to initial the service. Otherwise, the internet didn't work at all.
