Over the last 4 months or so the picture quality has deteriorated to a point where we get on picture anymore. Furthermore on some channels the sound and picture are NOT in sync and at times recorded shows simply do not record. We have had our two (2) DVR boxes changed a total of 4 times by several engineers and even went to a TWC store and changed the latest ones ourselves last weekend. But the same problem. Each engineer that visits tells me a different story. I have also heard rumors that TWC is having transmission interference from their dishes in NY and subsequently are ‘thinking’ of making the change over to Staten Island or up in Buffalo. However, we consumers are still paying out for a lousy and horrible service. This is very much unacceptable. Something that TWC needs to mend for the long run much much sooner that to ‘think’ about what they need to do. Last night’s supervisor I spoke to had the audacity to offer me a $3 credit. $3!!! AND even said that she would ensure an ‘experienced’ engineer would be visiting me. So does that mean we have had inexperienced engineers on those previous occasions? Come on TWC you will lose many customers if you do not mend this ASAP.

I am not happy at all. I would rather cancel everything right now and move to another network who, at the very least, not give me a sorry excuse.
