I had purchased web-hosting plan from QualiSpace last month. I’d purchased the platinum plan where-in disk space is unlimited. But when it reached 10 GB it showed some error saying that disk-space is full. I immediately visited their website www.qualispace.com to jot down their contact no. One of the male executive attended my call. He had all his ears to my issue and took some minutes to check within the system and he said my plan was a GOLD PLAN which was limited till 10 GB. At that very moment I was very furious because as far as I believed I’d given a request for Platinum plan. I had a minor tiff with the guy over it. I turned a deaf ear to whatever he said. I disconnected the call and started searching my receipts, & to my surprise I found out that I my plan was a GOLD PLAN itself. And I was under the impression that I registered the Gold-Plan unknowingly. Soon after few minutes I got a call from them providing me all the details, where I interrupted and apologized immediately for my misconception. I requested them to change my plan to the platinum one, and they asked to pay the surplus amount with regards to the gold-plan. It was a whole lot of mess only due to misconceptions I had. Though the executive was very helpful and patient.in the end service matters, and for me it was the best experience. QualiSpace states “we offer quality services” and according to me they mean it…
