I tried to purchase a laptop charger for a HP Pavillion 4000. After 2 months the product has not been delivered. I have tried calling their phone number which is never answered by a real person and I have sent them emails on at least 6 different occssions. I have not on any occasion had any correspondance back from them.
Delivery was promised to be between 3 to 10 working days. After 60 days I still have not recieved the product or heard from Laptop rescue.
My bank account has been debited the full cost of the charger and shipping fees.
I am now initiating legal proceedings against Laptoprescue and have intent to shut them down and recover all associated costs.
I am interested in being involved in a class action with other people that have been adversly affected by this dodgy operator.
I never forget and I never forgive and am not going to let these guttersnipes get away with their scam.
