Since day one I have had trouble with my HP Pavillion zd8000. It took weeks of going between HP and Mircosoft for them to decide I had to reload windows xp. Reload windows on what HP claimed to be a new laptop?
Since then, things have not gotten any better. After a few hours of use, the computer shuts down or more often than not, just locks up. The battery only holds a charge for only 45 to 60 mintues - a laptop that can't really be used as a portable computer since it doesn't hold a charge. Let's see, what else? I can't copy photos to a CD - the computer shuts down. I often have to pop the batter out and unplug the laptop to get it to shut down when it locks up. I had to ship back the wireless keyboard/mouse within two days of using - it stopped working as well.
This list is endless. For almost $2000 you would think I would have a product that works. I don't. I am very interested in a class action lawsuit. Calling HP does little - most of the time I can't understand the service rep.
