I purchased a dell 570 desktop on june 13 delivery date was june 27 and yesterday it died, the harddrives disappeared and they wont help. I called and called all they told me was that if i wanted it fixed it would be 120$ after i purchased a 2 year warranty at ordering. Needless to say that they lied about the warranty (it was only a hardware warranty) they also lied abut the computer being wireless it wasnt they sent me a dlink they also never told me there was a 21 day only return ploicy. It seems funny that the day after dell called me rudely asking me to take more warranties and i said no the computer went bad. Maybe they have a built in die switch if you dont take the extra warranty. But i already took the 2 year so why would i need anything else i thought. Not knowing it wasnt a full warranty. I opened a dell charge and it was 405$ and will cost me monthly and i refuse to pay anything for a computer that doesnt work. I will try calling corporate tomorrow again but no one has the number. Funny about that. I asked the one guy who do you call if you dont get your check and he hung up on me. I know the law is on my side on this. No where does it say in the paperwork that there is a 21 day return policy. You have to search for it online.
