Smart Tweak claims to be easy to use. They also have a 30 day money back guarantee. I found that neither of these are true.

I run a business. When I add a new computer for an employee, I need it up and running asap. I purchased the software online and felt secure that if it did not work for me they would send a refund. I tried and tried to get it to work. Called the tech support. Never could get the drivers to update. NOT EVEN ONE! Out of 27! To get my emploee working I went ahead and searched out my drivers on my own. I expect a refund! Your product did not provide the service it promised and I want my $9.95 back.

The customer support person I talked to said that I need to reload the program and try the drivers again... But I already made them work by going to each of the companies website and downloading the drivers one at a time.

You people are nothing more than common thieves!
