Offered a free trial of "Update my Drivers" with a "money back guarantee". It was downloaded from their website. It did not work. They gave me a License No. That did not work. This same No. Was repeated to me 3 times after I told them each time that it did not work. At the end of February they collected $9.95 from my account at Payproglobal (1-866-933-4313). I e-mailed Smart Tweak and they acknowledged and said my account was closed! On March 28 an additional $9.95 was charged. I called Payproglobal and they said they could not repay me.
On April 4 I talked to Payproglobal who said that I would have to contact Smart Tweak. Their telephone No 1-347-983-0102 is disconnected.
