Complaint:
On 3/26/04 I was suckered into buying an online class I can get for free at my MANPOWER (Temp. Company) branch. I have had repeated (10 plus) problems with the class (ERRORS on the program that tech support has never fixed). I have been given every excuse as to why the program does not work (they try to say it's my computer, I have been to other peoples houses and used their computer, and had the same problems). Every time I email, or call, I get 5 new things to try, to no avail. I was told to "Downlaod this patch, tweak this setting so on and so forth." When I ask for a refund, I get the run around and was told by the accounting department that there is no "Satisfaction Or You Money Back" policy. I was also told that if I emailed proof that I was signed up with Manpower that I would get my money back. After I sent the proper proof, accounting told me "We never got it". These people are double talkers and are as slippery as a greased pig. I want to cancel the training and get my $55.52 back ASAP.
