When I finally received items 3 weeks later they were all wrong

I requested 9 connections from her and needed to request twice once they were being delivered, after I ultimately obtained them 3 months later these were all wrong. After I e mailed her to inform her the products were wrong reaction was we-don't deliver apart from that which was described. I'd to get images and deliver them to her before she beleived after that it she attributed her helper for delivering me wrong itmes along with a more costly hijab (that we taken care of but she delivered me the incorrect dimension and shade) and of course how big the connections were really small, the rectangular scarf hardly went past my neck and also the material is INEXPENSIVE and main point here she never once apologized. If she'd have approved the error and fixed it I'dnot be making this concept.

This is exactly what she stated in her ultimate reaction:

"I'm unsure why you'd obtained that which you obtained whilst the products you selected are extremely inexpensive and my team delivered you super costly hijabs as a swap, particularly the orange the one that is genuine cotton lycra material.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my team, this can be a new staff that I then found out and he or she has since quit, she'd triggered me deficits in her couple of days operating at my shop. Delivery very costly things that are clearly incorrect to clients once they purchase another thing."
