My mother and I went to Comcast when we wanted to switch to their triple play deal because we had AT&T and they were told time and time again when we were just paying out cable bill without the addition of internet and phone how much cheaper it would be to switch with them to their triple play.

So after a while and a long discussion, we decided to do the triple play. Here's the thing, we talked to a representative of Comcast and we were told that we were going to pay around $112 to 114 dollars a month.

And we were happy about that and decided to switch to Comcast with internet and phone. We were told that with the installments, that we were going to be charged a little bit for the first bill. That was okay with us. But the upon the third bill, we were still being overcharged.

I don't understand this. I felt like we were lied to because we downgraded our boxes so that it could be cheaper, but the bill was still over the price that we were initially told.

Now, with the internet. I was prompted to download the Comcast toolbar and when I do, every single time, there is an error. That it can't download it. That's another thing I don't understand. It wants me to download this toolbar, but it doesn't work? It's ridiculous!
