I just had a run in with webxcite and they were absolutely awful. Thier customer service (the person I spoke to was named Keisha) was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.
She belittled, bullied and abused. She refused to answer my questions, only gave me responses like "Well, why don't you know this?" In the end she hung up on me mid-sentance.
I have never been so outraged and i have worked with plenty businesses these lines. Customer support should be just that, supportive. Clearly they clearly have no interest in their customers, only their money.
Do not host your website with them. I would call back to complain to her supervisor, but i am sure she would proceede to hang up on me again.
