I recently visited one of your locations in an LAX airport where everything about this place was absolutely awful. When I tried to complain the manager Aurtuo C (who refused to give me his name) was upset that I even asked to speak with him. I had to ask one of the servers what the number of the place was just so that I could confirm the place in LAX 3106429542. The wait staff was lazy, inconsiderate, and had customers waiting 15 minutes for tables while talking to themselves. The manager was confrontational and kept half of the restaurant closed unnecessarily, he shoe horned customers into the remaining half, and before I could even order I had to walk out. Without a doubt, the worst non-food experience, I've ever had. I'm not one to complain, or even take the time to write a review. But this experience was so bitterly awful that I felt compelled to warn others about it. When one Chili's goes bad it hurts your entire company as a whole. I'll be telling everyone I know about it and warning everyone on every review site that I can find just how very far down hill the Chili's Chain has come.
