We are a physicians office and also received one of these bogus collection letters! They think if they intimidate you they will get paid... Well too bad they had my name on there as authorizing "services" and I am not authorized to authorize services... What a rip off! Gave me a good laugh. Did forward to our accountants and will see how far they get with this scam.
