I am VERY unhappy with Constant Contact. First, we have been sending newsletters through their service for many months. Then all of a sudden, without ample warning, they said they could not send newsletters for us like they had any more because of to high of a "spam" complaint. Hey, these are newsletters the customers, themselves, have requested. So, they take our money. Yet they don't provide the service. If the would have called and said, "We need you to make this change or that change, " that's fine. But we received no warning. I am very, very unhappy with this company and to NOT recommend them to ANYONE.
