Company ripped off my 85 year old Grandmother never sent books or newsletters! To top it off the are still charging her 5.95 a month right out of her checking!

I ordered two "free" books, "Natural Cures" and "More Natural Cures Revealed" on 10/28/07. I paid the "postage" charges of $19.90 and this was taken from my debit card on 11/1/07. It is now 1/2/08, and the books have not arrived
