Packet8 Continued to take money from my account after I switched to Vontage and will not return it

We switched to Vontage in January because 8x8 kept raising their rates. 8x8 continued to take money from our account even though the phone number they were billing us on was under another company. When I called to request a refund, they said that they could not help me.

Packet 8 (8x8) owes me 6 months of billing charges and is refusing to refund the money they stole from our account.
