Two men show up and hour and a half late. Not know why they are here... According to them for "equipment pick-up". They were here to install a phone line. So of course they didn't have the supplies they need because they were here for pick up... Run to their truck to get said equipment... Come back and after an hour realize their equipment is defective and they are unable to hook up our service. They then call a rep from comcast and clearly ask for an appointment for us on Wed from 4-6. The rep callsl back and says we are all set for 10:00-1:00? He then calls back and gets everything straightened out and proclaims that comcast is not known for their customer service. Wow. It makes one wonder how this company is stil in business.
