Comcast makes it impossible to return their equipment by mail. I requested prepaid boxes and never received them in time to mail. I moved out of the area and didn't have time to return the equipment to a service center. I received the "run around" from customer service and the equipment recovery department about where my equipment return kit was. Equipment recovery claimed they placed the order, but Comcast customer service could not locate the order had been placed. It takes 7 business days to get a box, which is ridiculous. Clearly, their departments do not communicate with one another. Comcast is nothing more than a large monopoly cable/internet company with crappy customer service. I will not use them ever again.
