I bought a zero-gravity chair through Sears.com. The seat was delivered from the merchant and obtained in an acceptable time period. I built the seat and wasn't pleased with it. I named customer support and was informed the seller might matter a get in 5 business days it was the center of March. I waited for that merchant to problem the get however it never occurred. I continuously called customer support and every time I had been informed they'd check out the issue plus they could be in contact in 3-5 business days. I eventually had enough and got the telephone number due to their government offices. I talked with client account government and he eventually got the seller to respond and matter a get. The seat was delivered. I'm still awaiting a reimbursement of my $825.36. I keep obtaining the run-around every time I contact. The newest was an issue giving a reimbursement to PayPal. I actually donot understand when or easily will receive a reimbursement but Sears.com gets my election for that #1 toughest customer support business. I'd be pleased to join a-class activity against these shysters. Do not purchase sears.com
