It's been 36 times that I've been looking to get a reimbursement of $318.00 to get a stove I bought from Sears.com using Paypal. I created the purchase on January 23rd and terminated on January 26th. I waited the 7-10 business days they specified to get my reimbursement. About the 9th business-day, I obtained a sign in the email. I transferred the check 24 hours later simply to discover a couple of days later that there have been an end cost positioned by Sears which the check wasn't great. I had been billed a $5 badcheck charge and also the resources were removed from my bank account. I approached Sears.com customer support many times, I delivered numerous emails and was informed they'd deliver me a $35 gift-card for my problems and also to protect any costs I might have now been billed by my credit union. I'm charged $30 every time a check or money isn't great, which means this $35 card is useless in my experience. I've been not able to spend my energy statement and some additional products as a result of this. SEARS could care less. I've attempted to describe the situation and also the PRESSURE they're wearing my funds, however they are producing no work to solve the problem. Meanwhile, I'm waiting on an apology letter from Sears for me personally, my credit union and my reimbursement. Horrible customer support!!!
