Over the course of a couple years I have been buying stuff from this site.in the past, it would take a couple weeks for them to ship what I ordered, but this has become ridiculous.
I have been trying to contact the store for nearly 3 weeks now with no response. I have used every email address I can find relating to the owner and the store. I have used the store's online contact feature and no one will respond to it. I used the store's online forums, but the moderators say I am not allowed to ask ANYTHING related to the store there. What gives?!?!
I have well over $100 in preorders which were billed to my credit card which I have yet to recieve. I have some current items which still have not been shipped. I have an envelope of stuff sent to me in january that was EMPTY and the store still won't respond. I want a refund on EVERYTHING at this point.
Please be advised that this store is not reliable and unless you are great at playing the lotto, do no buy from it. I will remove what I have written here if I do get a response soon from them.
