I was unlucky enough to find the World Wide Store on the net. I ordered a lamp from the World Wide Store totaling $509.80. They then called me to confirm and tell me that it would take approx. 6 weeks to get the lamp.
Six months later I still don't have my lamp. I tried to contact the World Wide Store to let them know that I wanted a refund and didn't ever hear back from them. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau. They responded with an e-mail stating that my refund was on the way.
To date, I haven't received my money and the representative Ms. Terry Kubiak wont contact me in regards to my refund.
The Federal Trade Commision was also contacted. I'm still waiting on that one.
