SBC DSL Internet is a TOTAL RIPOFF. It seems they have a hidden department that monitors what you do while on their service. If they dont like where you go or what you say, they will DISCONNECT your service without any kind of contact or notice. Now this isnt due to you doint anything ILLEGAL or such. This is due to people not liking what you post in PUBLIC NEWSGROUPS & such and tracing your headers & reporting your posts as ABUSE. They dont care about their own customers, they wont contact you to see what your side is or what is really going on.
They will just decide "OH, I GUESS I WILL PLAY GOD TODAY & CUT OFF THIS PERSON" When you then try to contact their TECH SUPPORT or CUSTOMER SERVICE, they have no information about what is going on. THey give you the run around for a day or two & then fianlly say, "OH POLICY CUT YOU OFF, SORRY NO APPEALL ALLOWED" this isnt right. I dont believe in PORN, KIDDIE PORN or anything else that is ILLEGAL & out on the internet. I do however express my views & opinions in PUBLIC FORUMS. Guess they dont like that as they are trying to hard to be POLITICALLY CORRECT. They doo have the cheapest price around, but that is so they can lead you around like sheep.
BOYCOTT SBC & contact your PUC to protest their entry into the Internet Market.
