I purchased 2 copies of Photo Express 4.0 (what a sucker I am). This software did not run on my computer and despite numerous attempts contacting customer support I was not offered a return or given any product return information. The suggestion from their support was to purge my windows temp file, reload my operating system. I did as they asked even though I'm a highly experienced computer person. It didn't work and I told them that. They sent me back a message that asked me to do exactly the same thing as the previous message. They don't read the email we send and they just don't care about satisfying the customer.
I had contacted them 7 times and only got sporadic responses. They seem to be headquartered in Korea. So, I've got 2 unusable copies of software and they have not said how they could be returned.
