I Purchased Photo Express 4.0 on-line from ulead.com (what a sucker I am). This software did not run on my computer and despite numerous attempts contacting customer support I was not offered a return or given any product return information.
The suggestion from their support was to purge my windows temp file, reload my operating system, (I actually did this but it did not work) or install on another computer (laughable) which I do not consider an option.
