I joined the program with the understanding, I could cancel anytime, but it was a false promise, they promise to refund any money taken, they do not reply to any emails, hey cost me #52.23 for nothing Azerbuljan

I joined the company for a 3 day trial period and tried to get some programs I needed, I only got a virus into my computer instead, looking at my bank statment I find they charged me for a month not 3 day, I tried to cancel as their web promise we can anytime, I have eMailed them at least 5 times with no reply, there is no answer to any questions I have sent them, it is a rippoff, the total amout taken sofar is 52.23GBP can you try and stop them ripping off other people please,
