This gym infuriates me. Not just did they not recognize a totally free move I'd once they stated they'd (I browse the fine-print; it will have now been recognized no real matter what), they charged me significantly more than guaranteed after I closed the agreement. I requested again and again concerning the cost before I closed, and was guaranteed again and again it'd just be $37 for 2 weeks easily thought we would stop. Pffft, it wound up being $37 per month
This, combined with the horrible gym problems, brought me to stop. The stop "guarantee" was easy: keep in touch with a and visit the gym atleast 17 occasions in 8 weeks. Throughout the 8 weeks, I wound up not obtaining a guaranteed work and did not possess a vehicle, therefore it was difficult producing the 17 occasions but I did it. Nevertheless, there have been AT-LEAST an overall total of six-times where they didn't swipe my account card despite my asking. They stated I didnot have to, despite I insisted I did. The same, since I have went the necessary period of time, I adopted the termination process.
I sent them a notice like they requested, stated I had been eliminating via the "guarantee", and believed that could be that. I had beennot pleased about dropping cash, but I was so furious together at that time that I simply wished to be achieved withit.
Per month later, they refused me termination, claiming I'd not satisfied the guarantee. I had been beyond furious, but still am. I delivered them another notice, this time around through authorized email, tearing them a brand new one and stating I had beennot likely to spend them yet another red penny. I also stated I had been shifting, since I did so, and they would need to stop via the moving term (I shifted to Vegas, they've no Bally's there). I received no response, however they contact my previous tackle daily. I've sent them often to obtain them to prevent and atleast contact my cell to allow them to abandon another tenants alone, but no dice.
I've known lots of people from Bally, & most of these do not wish to join a gym at-all due to what happened in my experience. I'm concerned about being delivered to selections and having my credit rating destroyed, and so I am still attempting to work out how to create them end and do that which was guaranteed in my experience.
