On January 3rd, I went to SellPhoneOnline.com and got a quote in the amount of $68.00 for my old mobile phone. I followed the instructions and submitted my request for a prepaid USPS label which was then emailed to me. I was given an Order Number of 2824. Over 1 week later, I mailed in my mobile phone and waited the thirty days for a confirmation of receipt. When I did not receive one, I went to the website and sent status request through the site itself. I did not receive any response so I emailed a request for status. I still didn't get a reply so now I have filed complaints with the FL Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission (Complaint# 29491257) and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (Complaint# I1103081442501951). I guess I'll never see my phone again.
