Company agreed to pay more than $156.00 for used video games. Followed their instructions, including insuring package. Also used delivery confirmation. Package was received early January (per delivery confirmation). Today is February 9—no payment. No replies to repeated inquiries and repeated Paypal requests for payment.
Another problem is that even though you print out a receipt with the agreed upon payment for your items, they may later send you an email with LOWER prices... Ridiculous! They definitely have my items (I have delivery confirmation)... And won't pay me or return my items.
I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau of NY, a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Service and will be pursuing theft charges with the New York City Police Department. I have also filed with the Federal Trade Commission.
And, of course, since package was received, I cannot file a USPS insurance claim either...
Amazing that companies like this can stay in business. Who's responsibility is it to shut them down?
