Jan 17 paid Rogers $100. We traveled to Mexico, and as we cannot use our cell phone, we had it shut off the whole time.in early March we found out we had not money left on our account. Rogers advised us that Zengo was charging us $2.00 per missed call, and so used up our balance. We phoned Zengo, and they advised us to send them an e-mail. They refused to open it. We again phoned them but they advised us we need to e-mail the finance dept. So we do not know where to take it from here.
