Signed up to Rogers for a new cell phone, started receiving text messages, from un authorized R & D media, I ignored it for a time, did not realise that charges were per text message, whether answered or not. Third party charges on my cell phone bills for June July and August, I said stop, and got no more texts, but still being charged on my Rogers account. Rogers will not reversde the charges. The number to call listed on the bill, for TP charges is not available, and internet does not bring up any contact number, to get a refund.
