I received my cell phone invoice today and it shows $30.00 as third party charges. I called the number 1-877-777-3891 and one of the representative said that she canceled my service at RD media which i didn't even know that existed. She also told me to get my money back, i can simply send this email to [email protected] but this email never exist. So now i am posting this here and requesting my credit back. I also saw other complaints and they said that they just participated in online contest and you charged them $2 per sms without even notifying them of the charges and also the sms you were going to send. I guess that's what happened to me too.
I feel very upset about your service and strongly request you give my credit back asap. Yurim Jeon
