Has 4 children and only takes care of the 2 he lives with. He does not keep a job to keep from paying child support. He lives with his first Baby's Momma illegally on Section 8, dead beat dad ripoff

Elijah is a dead beat DAD, he does try to have contact with his child, only if threaten. He hasn't paid child support since Nov. If you see him, please report his whereabouts or current job position to the local authorities. If does not stop, he will continue to waste the Government's and your hard earned money!!!
