Stole $12 from my checking account, wasted my time, I stupidly gave them more personal information over the phone.
My credit union informed me they would have to issue me a new account number, I would have to file a fraudulent claim with the police, etc. So I tried to call these clowns to rectify this with minimal time wasted.
You know what they needed? My debit card number, which was not in their system... Then my social security #... Which was not in their system... Let me emphasize that I did not give these numbers outright, but, stupidly, and eventually, they did get them. Then they advised me to write to Consumer Report or whatever their little offshoot company is called to plead for a refund. A$holes.
Now I am really worried about identity theft. Some clown named Clark with Employee ID number 6157 and barely perceptible English has very pertinent information on me and my life.
