I rcvd an email today advising me that a charge would submitted to my charge account in 3 days. I used their live chat line and got dizzy going in circles. Herman, their customer service person never answered several key dquestions, like: what did I supposedly buy? When did I buy it. How will the bill be paid. Later I discovered that the company and amount started to appear on my statement in May. I fianlly got the speaker to state that it was an anti virus program... My Apple does not need one.
