I attempted to-order a battery, a/d adapter, and wire for my kids laptop. Everything appeared good till I obtained my order. There was no battery or even the longer wire I requested, except they charged me for several of the things, while never recognizing the very fact the battery was and have been sold-out! Today they keep telling me my reimbursement hasbeen looked after, however it's never been acknowledged to my account. Everyone must understand what a RIP-OFF this website/organization is really!
