Singlehop inc. Web host hacking site 3 months into a 1 year membership

says its managed by Singlehop inc,

These guys were fine when I just had a single page website not doing anything. Then I noticed I wasnt getting any emails around Christmas time from my site. I checked cpanel and noticed that the mail from their server wasn't being forwarded to me. I'd make adjustments to get it to work, but the problem would crop back up like something was actually working against me.
So I got creative and placed a web form people could contact me on my website that housed its own MySQL database that would fire off the email directly to me.

As I started adding a few pages, I would notice menu items disappearing after a week or so, so I would re-upload my website. If I changed my password, the system wouldn't let me in, tech support would offer to reset my password which they happily would send me the same old password again.

Selling products online and no sales are coming in. Wondering what is going on why I cannot seem to log in anymore. After many hours with tech support they tell me the server my site is listed on has moved to a different server. It was at that time, that it just seemed like my site had somehow been stolen as Cpanel log on started having a different screen that would pop up in front of the site. No email stating that nothing, their tech support wasn't even helping me much with that, I just had to wait for a different day and ask the site casually which server my website was listed with, it was only then that I found out it was a different server. Oh they would blame me and tell me I had forgot the password etc, when that was impossible as I stored it by paper and in two other secure apps including 1password.

Then it progressed into getting pages with spam lorem ipsum text being spammed onto my site, advertising pills or some other crap, making me really realize there must be a problem with the site. Talking to tech support they really tried convincing me that I needed SSL, yet the shopping cart I was using was using a 3rd party site which had its own SSL certificates and paypal which in iteself is supposed to be protected.

I SAID TO THEM THE BRONZE HOSTING PLAN SAYS I GET FREE SSL, they said yes it was server side SLL and wasnt installed on my machine. I said put it in, then my site had problems with many other components, it would pop up invalid certificates if you tried visiting the site. So I bought SSL certificates RapidSSL not from their host but from a distributor of RapidSSL certificates, at about half the cost. That seemed to upset webhostingworld, even though their main site says they use the very same certificates.

I followed the instructions and put them in and my site started getting hacked even worse. I installed a stat counter that could see when tech support was checking my site, usually from India, then shortly afterwards a urlopener.com would come in from India and start tearing apart my site, 3 months into a 1 year membership

50 character long random password strings would get cut into like butter, just as fast as an IT guy could copy the string and paste it to log in and smack my site down.
The problems are even more deep basically they will not refund my money, nor will they provide service. They say they will put your site on a new server, but the next day and nothing happens, your just sitting with another day gone and them offering to do the same thing to you again and again and again, month after month
