Was online Dec 16 until c 4 am when I had over 14,000 email messages and all my mail folders organized with CRITICALLY IMPORTANT eMAIL, then returned 11 am. And found ALL folders EMPTY and mail count at c 9,000.
Called Tech Support IMMEDIATELY lest I lose email stored on AOL server within 24 hours and was assured server was undergoing an upgrade, and that my messages would be returned to their folders.
Nine days later NOTHING! Can't talk to anybody except in Philippines. Am ready to DITCH AOL. What's the point of paying for AOL, if Tech Support is clueless or dishonest?
