Gametag.com Account recieved, but incorrect information given. Account is not what was advertised Internet

I purchsed an EQ Account from Gamepalon 2/26. Then I actually received the account information in less than 48 hours, which I was very happy about. But then I logged on to the account.

The account name and password were correct and I was able to log into the account. After logging in I noticed the characters on the account were on a different server than the one displayed on their website when I purchased it. This will cost me $25 per character to transfer them to a server with my friends. The whole reason I purchased this account in the first place is because it was supposed to be on the correct server. The account also said it had one level 70 and 3 other level 65 characters. The level 70 character was there, but the level 65 characters were a lie (They did not exist). These issues angered me, but I was still going to use the account since I knew trading it for one on the correct server would be almost impossible since Gamepal never responds to emails.

Then I tired to change the account password and email address. This is where my real problem comes in. To change the password and email you need to secret question answer. Well, the secret word they supplied me with was incorrect, so I can not change the email or even password. This means the account I purchased can very easily be taken from me at any time by Gamepal or whoever's email the account is linked to. I am willing to bet the email address belongs to someone at Gamepal since they would not of purchased an account without the correct secret word.

Without the correct secret word, the account is basically worthless to me. I will not enter a payment plan to an account that I have no control over when it can be taken from me and who can view it. I believe they sent me the wrong secret word in an attempt to get me to enter credit card information then take the account back. This might be a wild accusation, but makes since in this realm. Even if I do get the correct secret word, then I am looking at an account that will cost me at min an extra $25 to enjoy (not including sub cost) since the characters are on the worng server.

I have contacted Gamepal stating that I would like a refund of the account. I also wouldn't mind to trade it for an account on the correct server if available. I am not holdng my breath on hearing back from Gamepal since their 24/7 service is a joke. There is no 24/7 service at all. I will be lucky to even here anything about them at all. I think I lost my money on this one and there is no way to get it back or enjoy the service I purchased with it. I am very upset about my service with Gamepal.
