This company provides dating software skadate.com
i checked that i had the minimum server requirements as reported on their web site and then proceeded to pay them $595 for their dating software. To cut a long story short, i have spent the past 2 months back and forth with their tech support trying to make this software run on my server. They have given up and are unable to make it work.
They have now decided (suddenly, after 2 months of trying to help me) that my server does not meet the requirements to run their software. Whats more, they have changed the minimum server requirements on their web site so that it would appear that i am the one in the wrong. I can not prove that they have made this change to their web site but i do have emails from them advising me of the original requirements, which my server met comfortably.
Also, if my server did not meet the requirements to run their software, why did they just spend the past 2 months trying to get their software running for me? They are refusing to refund my $595, they say i am at fault because my server does not support their software.
I currently have around 30 emails from them and counting, it looks like i have lost my money, though i am not going to give up without a fight.
