They took 334.70 from my credit card for credits that I did not purchase. They are telling me that they cannot give it back because it was on my account, even though we were not home at the time of the purchases. I disputed the purchases the same day I noticed them.
All I am asking for is my money back. Is that too much to ask? They do not even have a phone number to contact them; it is all through email. I would like to speak to a person but cannot. What kind of website does not have a phone number, so that if you have a problem you can call and get it fixed?
Facebook needs to fix it and give me my money back. I have been fighting this for about a month now.
