Facebook took 334.70 from my credit card for stupid credits that I did not purchases, they are telling me that they can not give it back to me because it was on my account even though we were not home at the time of the purchases. I desputed the purchases the same day i noticed them.
All im asking for is my money back it that too much to ask. They do not even have a phone number to cantact them it is all through email. I would like to speak to a person but cant. What kind of websight dont have a phone number so if you have a problem you can call and get it fixed.
Facebook need to fix it and give me my money back. I have been fighting this for about a month now.
