Charges on Joint CIBC Account We Never Authorized

Facebook charged our joint CIBC account for purchases we did not make. As for my husband, he does not even have a Facebook account. And the CIBC account number that was used was never given to Facebook. So what gives?

I am reporting it to CIBC so that no more charges are allowed to Facebook, and we are going to pursue this matter to get our funds back.
