I requested a set of earrings from Sears.com (additionally attached to Kmart.com) for my child. After I received them-they weren't exactly what the site stated. These were said to be screwback earrings and also the shells simply arrived quickly, they didn't actually capture, much-less being truly a screwback! I named and was informed to consider them to my local Kmart. Kmart wasn't ready to approach the return. And so I called back plus they planned advantages to get the earrings. They received the earrings Feb. 8th. I called round the 10th plus they stated it'd get 10days. Nowadays is Feb. 24th and that I named AGAIN!!! They very first time I talked to "Justin" so when I told him that which was happening he set me on-hold then HUNG-UP ON ME!!! Wtf! And so I contact a different amount. First they explained they didn't possess the following number therefore there is nothing they are able to do given that they don't have any evidence I sent it back. I stated "Excellent cause I've the following range also it claims yall have experienced it because Feb. 8th" They transferred me to some boss. I offered the following range plus they appeared it-up. I questioned why it's getting such a long time given that they have experienced it because the 8th. I used to be informed it was since the factory hadnot told them-they had it! Easily hadnt held ALL my data they'd possess the horrible earrings and my cash! Sears.com are thieves beware!!! They r not r grandmas shop ne more!!!
