I had bought a birthday gift for my daughter which were very pretty gold loop earrings. They had pretty cz's or small crystals in the front and it is gold on the back. My daughter told me that she loved to wear them but only about 3 times because she would wear them to special occasions. I too bought the same earrings. My daughter told me that one of the crystals fell out and when she went back to see about a replacement for either the earrings or for Kohl's to replace the crystal with a new one, they refused because they said they don't have service for that! I now just saw a crystal missing on my earring also and I wear them only on special occasions also! I went back and got the same answer as my daughter! Here I've paid close to $50 for those earrings but was never told that if a crystal or cz became loose that it would be or not be replaced! We both are very very disappointed in this and thought that Kohls would be like the other stores in their satisfaction to customer service like Sears, Macy's, etc. I would like to get my refunds on these earrings or at least see about the crystal replacements. Is there any way you can help me? I do like Kohls, but this may change my mind and my daughter's mind in shopping there!
