I have been playing full tilt for years and have emaied them several times about disconnections and refunds of money and to also complain about how their site operates and as to why the hands that win on that site are near impossible but constantly happen. Only to be emailed back that they would not answer my questions or concerns in the future. And not to bother emailing anymore. How is this fair or even legal from a business sense. However tey are quite happy to take my money.
