I ordered Classic Tall Ugg boots from Cheap Ugg Australian on January 2nd. I received the boots on January 8th, where I found that they did not fit correctly. I immediately contacted Amy at Cheap Ugg Australian, and asked how I could return them and get a refund. SHe responded and told me to write to the sales team and get the shipping address for the return. It took over a week for the same person to respond with the shipping address, which was in China. Part of the return policy was that the return had to be back within 2 weeks. I sent the package back through the US postal service express mail, and they attempted delivery 3 times, but no one signed for it. The package is now sitting in the post office there, and no one from Cheap Ugg Australia will return my emails. There is no other contact information other than the one email address and I am not out over $240 between shipping both ways, and the boots.
