RUN LIKE YOU HAIR IS ON FIRE from this Fraudulent Internet Company.
I have come to find out & have learn from personal experience that SNAZ 75.com is in the business to SCAM & STEAL from the public. I ordered a pair of boots ($72.00) according to their sizing scale, when the boots came they were not as advertised & did not fit the measuring scale by 1 1/2 size difference. No big deal I thought, I will just exchange or ask for a refund (minus their 15% stocking fee)..
After receiving the boots, I email SNAZ 75.com immediately requesting a Return label. I received the label by e-mail a few days later. Then went to the Post Office, mailed the boots back which cost me an additional $9.22 for shipping. Per there website it stated it could take up to 4 - 5 weeks to get a refund. I heard NOTHING from SNAZ75. After 5 weeks I emailed them back, because you CANNOT REACH THEM BY PHONE, & inquired about my return. An email came back the next day stating they could not find my boots. They requested Shipping #'s from the Post Office. I sent them all the #'s from the Post Office including information regarding my cancel check I wrote out when paying the $9.22 shipping.
After that NOTHING. No CONTACT!!! SNAZ75 would NOT return my Emails...
SNAZ 75 ended up with the $75.00 & the BOOTS... I ended up with NO BOOTS, Money stolen from me in the amount of $72 (for boots) $9.22 (shipping cost)..
These Scam Artist have got to be STOPPED..
