Everything went fine when I ordered a product from this company. I got an order confirmation right away. I became alarmed when they billed me immediately, as generally online stores will bill just before they ship the product.
About a week later I contacted them because my order status had not changed. A week after contacting them, they replied and said that my order would ship "today or tomorrow". Three days later, I still had not received a shipping confirmation, so I contacted them again.
A week later, the company notified me that they would not ship order and would not process a refund. The product never came and the company is still refusing to make things right by giving me a full refund.
