Positioned an order to get a Grandmother ring with 3 birthstones on Dec. 18. Was billed over $10 for delivery and handling. Received mail saying delivered on Jan. Fifth nowadays is Jan. 28th and there's still no ring. Customer Support was not able to state precisely what occurred to product and offerred to return our cash. I informed representative that I really hope the credit doesn't consider so long as looking to get our product. I informed her that I'd check my take into account the reimbursement and contact them again if it had been not obtained.
